Millers Quay is excited to offer our community the pavilion space opening towards the end of 2024, this will include a state-of-the-art gym, a Co-working space equipped with Wi-Fi giving you the option to work from here when convenient for you and this area will also house the lounge offering a place where you can socialise and interact with the community.

Our friendly team is on hand to answer queries and our 24-hour accessible parcel room means your parcels can be stored for your collection whether you are in or out. We’ve even included a complimentary handyman service to help you personalise your new home.
Internet / WIFI
Residents can enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi powered by Elanet, and for additional cost residents have the option to upgrade their speed. Elanet have a dedicated helpdesk to deal with any internet related queries.
Pet Friendly Apartments
Our pet friendly apartments are the perfect choice for pet owners wishing to bring their extended family with them. Small dogs are usually ok, but some larger or restricted breeds may not. Please speak to a member of the management team for more details.
Car Parking
Car park spaces are provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and are available for an additional cost. However, parking is for residents only and monitored by ANPR, we do not provide onsite visitor spaces.
Bike Storage
A complimentary, secure bicycle storage facility is available to all residents.

In the Pavilion there is lots of space for co-working and catching up with your friends and neighbours, the spaces will be open from 6am – 10pm
